Oak Ridge High School Daily Bulletin

Girls basketball try outs will be held on Tuesday, May 8 in the Arena from 3:15-5:30 for anyone interested. (Tu) K. Jackson

If you are interested in playing Golf next year stop by the main office to sign up. An interest meeting will be held Tuesday, May 8^th 4:30 at Oak Ridge Country Club to discuss upcoming try-outs and plans for the season.   (W,F,M) – R. Sumner

Senior Steering Members need to meet next Monday May 7^th at 3pm in Mrs. Kile’s room (CS228) to finalize senior song, slideshow and breakfast plans. (F) – J. Kile

National Honor Society will hold its final meeting of the year for senior members on Monday, May 7th at 3:00 in LC-327.  All members not taking AP tests that day are expected to attend.   See Mrs. Bailey in LC-304 to explain conflicts. (M) – L. Bailey

Philosophy Club: join us after school on Friday in Mr. Pickering’s room (LC322) for a discussion on language and censorship. Everyone is welcome! (F) – A. Pickering

The Driving Center Summer Driver Ed. Classes are filling fast.  A few slots are available for the June 4^th and July 9^th sessions.  Sign-up while there are slots available. (Tu, Th) – J. Woofter

The Criminal Justice Club will meet on Tuesday, May 8 at 3:15. The meeting will go until approximately 4:00. We will meet in the media center conference room. If you are interested in joining the club and have not yet turned in a membership form, they are located in student services and you can bring it with you on Tuesday. (Tu) – D. McFee

Ladies:  If you are interested in playing in a class powderpuff football game to benefit Relay for Life please contact your class captains. Game is May 18^th at ORHS or stop by the Media Center and see Mrs. Hatmaker or Mrs. Hamilton – (M,W,F)
